To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物等候時間太長，下單後半小時才有食物到，等了20分鐘已經向店員反映，店員好像沒有跟進，我再問另外一位當時已經等了25分鐘，正式食物到就是半小時了，真的很懷疑到底有沒有幫我跟進，我看到旁邊的比我遲來的入，下單後就不用10分鐘食物到，結帳時跟店長反映，他好像沒有什麼反應，難怪現在這麼多人都不想在香港吃東西。

星期五當晚，我同阿媽夜晚八點半去食旺角東這間譚仔，當時好多人嗌緊火鍋， 我哋就嗌咗蕃茄湯沙嗲醬嘅火鍋， 隔咗十分鐘都未嚟就有職員叫我哋買咗單先， 我就話這間店收咁早嗎，個職員就話九點半， 如果關咁早，就不要叫其他客人入來啦， 當時仲要被職員話我哋阻住人收工/食嘢慢😥， 我認為食好熱嘅嘢有咩可能快，人哋又話我哋遲嚟又關我x事，佢態度差之餘， 仲有啲嘢食質素差咗， 佢哋畀曬一整生菜， 仲要我哋分開落仲浪費時間， 仲要畀埋曬啲生米線我哋食，啲餸仲要唔好食， 今次體驗真係好差，下次唔會再來👋仲要用$72食埋啲垃圾，人哋$40幾已經可以食到火鍋
