To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間餐廳位於職業訓練局薄扶林大樓之6樓，今次因為在這兒 Staycation，所以順便在這兒食早餐，餐廳的侍應生十分有禮，充滿熱誠。由迎賓丶帶位至下單，喜歡他們的不忙不急，細心為你下單，講解每一個細節。而且餐廳用全落地玻璃的設計，由薄扶林至數碼港的美景一覽無遺。早餐有兩款選擇: Continental breakfast HKD50 & American breakfast HKD80. 我們點了 American breakfast，質素絕對是中上，炒蛋細滑，麵包鬆軟，腸仔肉質有咬口，煙肉煎得剛剛好，唔乾身。如果大家在公眾假期入住，餐廳只提供早餐服務，營業時間由上午7時30至10時30分。
