To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中秋正日，10/9 一行10 人食自助晚餐， 大家都覺得食物質數同種類都強差人意。見哩間自助餐多好評，但事實並非如此。從來未試過寫食評，都要為左哩次自助餐寫低comment 。有生蠔，但很不新鮮。有龍蝦，但質地十分乾，龍蝦肉係一絲絲。 蟹柳都比佢juicy 。有刺身，都係比較乾，只有三文魚刺身算正常。熟食選擇唔多，燉湯咸，烤豬手比較正常。甜品選擇少，可以讚的是Movenpick , 有比較多配料可自行選擇。全場唯一新鮮是凍盤虎蝦。
