To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 北京樓食物質素從不會令人失望😋服務也保持一定水準,雖然跟大多食肆一樣,食客要掃QR Code自行落單,樓面人手自然地減少,但有任何問題,侍應還是會盡快盡力幫客人處理👍今天早餐來不及吃,11:30空著肚子來光顧,拿起菜單流著口水全部想吃🤣結果兩個飢腸轆轆人仕,叫了不少餸菜再加支紅酒👇椒鹽魷魚酥~這個粉醬雖然厚了些,但魷魚繼續香濃,仍然有嚼勁我干扁四季豆~這菜式最重要炒得乾身,這是合格的蟹粉上素~噢!滿滿香濃蟹粉😍跟菇類上素是絕配蟹粉帶子~蟹粉+帶子絕對出色😋配菜是可減膩滯的紅、黃椒和翠玉瓜原條乾炸小黃魚兩條~是我吃過,最美味的炸黃花魚😋魚皮炸得脆口,但肉質仍然嫩口不帶腥👍鹹味又剛剛好韮菜蛋煎餅兩件~這是我最愛的京菜,嘩!像是兩大個炸韮菜蛋餃切開了...韮菜香濃加微微鹹香炒蛋,連炸得脆口餅皮一起吃,令異常滿足填鴨半只~招牌菜當然好吃😋不用多說吧!用來包裹的餅皮非常薄片,不會影響了肉香和咬口👍
