同屋企人到佐敦食日本料理,一直想試呢間好耐,因為知道餐廳師傅特登到日本學廚。夜晚7:00左右去到,我哋係第一台客人,於是安排左我哋坐單邊有梳化的位,裝修好似啲居酒屋,又掛咗一幅日本畫,環境好舒服。叫咗一客上壽司盛($268),一共有10件壽司,件件都好新鮮,最正嘅就係海膽壽司,海膽唔會太聲而且份量足。另外叫咗個北海煙肉燒蠔($75),一碟有兩隻,用咗芝士同沙律醬去焗,配埋鹹鹹地嘅煙肉,同蠔真係好夾,超級推薦。仲有叫咗黑松露炒雜菌($75),上嘅時候熱辣辣,有好香嘅牛油味,全家人都話正,仲話要研究下返屋企點煮。除此仲叫咗一碟蟹膏蟹肉炒飯($128),蟹肉落足料,炒飯好有鑊氣,飯底係用咗啡色嘅日本珍珠米。總括而言,呢間日本料理好高質,食物嘅質素高,價錢合理,值得推介!

總括而言,呢間日本料理好高質,食物嘅質素高,價錢合理,值得推介!
