第一次嚟呢間小店今次試咗佢嗰個切魚生飯同埋牛肉壽喜燒鍋放工時間人唔係好多嚟到就有位坐唔使等魚生飯入面嘅刺身正常亮點係個飯幾開胃又唔會太凍平時食嗰啲魚生飯通常都係好凍 啲飯又有啲硬咁但係呢間就唔會 很好吃另外牛肉壽喜燒也很有驚喜本身想着調味料應該會掩蓋牛味但是這裏的壽喜燒也不會牛尾,仍然很出就是加烏冬有點貴,要額外加$40 但總體嚟講都好滿意另外今次食完兩個煮食之後,估唔到仲有兩個甜品送仲可以揀大福或者啫喱好貼心今次我哋揀咗啫喱唔甜好清新,啱晒做飯後甜品

但總體嚟講都好滿意

什錦刺身定食 $148
一開始就上咗沙律,茶碗蒸,味噌湯。今次的沙律多左青瓜絲,食落好新鮮好清新。茶碗蒸裡面有蟹柳同菇菇,每一啖都好有料。味噌湯唔算太鹹,都好易入口。
輪到刺身,睇落好新鮮,而且擺盤非常精緻😍
刺身一共有五款,分別有三文魚,鯖魚,牡丹蝦,油甘魚,鯛魚。
三文魚非常肥美,油脂分布得好漂亮,食落好鮮味。鯖魚油脂味好香濃,食斯落油而不膩。牡丹蝦都幾大隻,味道香甜,蝦頭的位置都好有味。油甘魚味道鮮甜細膩。鯛魚肉質彈牙,魚皮有稍微炙燒過,味道比較淡。

一口芝士 - 勁鍾意食芝士O既我緊係叫個炸芝士啦.
