To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行3人lunch hour食開年飯,呢度座位安排得幾好,環境舒適,枱同枱之間距離寬敞。我地約12:38落單,大約半小時之後,發現左右隔離同埋我地枱都係一樣野食都未黎,就問下個侍應,第一次佢冇問冇check 就即話"黎緊ga 啦", 再過大約5分鐘後隔離枱再問,今次有人幫手睇,點知就發現我地咁多張枱嘅單,因為技術問題,冇送到過入廚房😱😱😱,最後見到有兩張枱嘅客等到1:20左右忍唔住走左。。。而我地第一樣點心就喺1:25左右到佢地上菜算快,10分鐘左右我地點嘅野食都到齊。講番d 野食先, 點心質素高,而且都有特色。 個牛油果蝦春卷同埋鮑粒黑松露球超級好食另外我地叫左個龍蝦湯脆米泡飯真係好足料,不過呢到呢個泡飯有芹菜,唔喜歡芹菜嘅朋友仔記住要走左佢!總括而言,相信今次係單一個別事件,都會想再幫襯嘅。
