To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 八一漁八 午市人均300 晚市人均500 性價比高,菜色精緻。肖打咭及海境去也值回票價。要提前二天訂的片皮鴨真$ 598。 每天限量14隻。 廚師說靈感來自樟茶鴨。他先炸外皮,然後Age48小時。再煙燻和慢煮和炸外皮。配上主廚特製的青椒醬。鴨皮非常香脆,味道有點難以想像,但又非常好吃。鴨肉適合用來见片皮鴨。鴨腿味道略差,由於價錢合理,但整體非常好吃。是必點菜之一。 午市點心塘泮高湯金魚餃正 58元加10%(兩份一份)的高湯金魚餃比澳冂米其林二星的星星的The eight restaurant 金魚餃更精美好吃!澳門的那間的金魚餃沒有湯,這個金魚餃配的火腿濃湯很鮮味,鮫皮不會太厚,內裡蝦肉夠彈牙加上小棠菜絕對是食物和藝術的結合。 炸美人魚不错就是一些炸脆脆的小魚,很有東南亞風味,喜歡食炸魚的朋友可以點來一試,份量非常大。肉蟹粉絲煲。 這個粉絲煲也是限量版,想吃的也需要提前預約。主廚做了很多工序也用上了很多雞和小紅蟹煮湯,絕對是真材實料,可惜我覺得太辣,在上面的肉蟹非常鮮甜。 下次我來還是點一個胡椒蟹或是薑蔥蟹,因為廚師是在市場排每一隻蟹的。 翡翠鮮貝餃造型不錯,味道也好和五里飯店內的點心蘆薈涼粉有惊喜和想像中的完全不一樣有驚喜。有層次。 98元原雪燕香芒椰子盅(CanLaH菜單) 這個應該是這裡最有層次的甜點。用了原隻椰星,底部有椰子佈丁,加入椰肉和芒果,柚子,再加入了像楊枝甘露汁和雪燕,味道非常有層次絕對推介。 梅菜叉燒腸粉,外皮有米味QQ弾彈的,配了芫茜和叉燒粒,也有蝦肉,上面再加上梅菜粒。味道非常有層次,口感也好,有驚喜。 煙燻鴨胸鹹水角58元+10% 這個鹹水角做成梨形,不油膩,味道可以不錯,如果能加上果味的醬汁會更加驚喜。 📌貼心TIPS:在八一漁八吃飯可ullCanNah 食品。特別推介那邊的甜點, #尖沙咀美食#香港海境餐廳#片皮鴨#香港點心#尖沙咀飲茶 continue reading

不知所謂的服務態度,簡直垃圾食堂。前天訂了位說留窗邊位。到了大堂接待,給了一張枱号纸便内進,服務員帶到了一張不是窗邊位。然後問了一下為什麼不是窗邊位?服務員說窗邊位已經坐滿。於是走到門口接待詢問為什麼不這麼是窗邊位,接待員說坐位是先到先得,又沒道歉又不給安排。那麼打電話訂位便是多餘的。什麼人,什麼服務態度。不喜歡做可以倒閉。又想賺客人錢,又注意服務,又沒禮貌,當客人白痴嗎。丢盡香港人的臉,這食店不吃也吧。 continue reading

臨近中秋,同幾位老人家去飲茶,朋友介紹呢間,就試吓啦。因老人家,部份唔食牛、唔食蝦、唔食辣、唔食芫荽蔥,食物又唔可以靭或難咬,需要百般體貼,可以選擇的點心就相對少。我問服務員,叉燒腸有芫荽的嗎?她開頭講基本上應該冇的,我笑稱你咁肯定就好啦,隨後她又即時開咪問,確認了有芫荽。我再問其他腸粉呢有冇芫荽?她說應該都有,芫荽已撈哂的,食齋腸粉吧。。。我似乎問多了,令她面色不悅了。但都點了共12種點心,點心精緻,味道可以。老人家都食得幾歡喜。味道可以,一試無妨。星期日早上開店後,服務員似乎多工作,無乜笑容,體驗唔太好。諗住支持留港消費,但,又要考慮下啦。。。 continue reading
