To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 翡翠鮮貝餃造型不錯,味道也好和五里飯店內的點心

蘆薈涼粉有惊喜和想像中的完全不一樣有驚喜。有層次。

98元原雪燕香芒椰子盅(CanLaH菜單) 這個應該是這裡最有層次的甜點。用了原隻椰星,底部有椰子佈丁,加入椰肉和芒果,柚子,再加入了像楊枝甘露汁和雪燕,味道非常有層次絕對推介。

梅菜叉燒腸粉,外皮有米味QQ弾彈的,配了芫茜和叉燒粒,也有蝦肉,上面再加上梅菜粒。味道非常有層次,口感也好,有驚喜。

煙燻鴨胸鹹水角58元+10% 這個鹹水角做成梨形,不油膩,味道可以不錯,如果能加上果味的醬汁會更加驚喜。

不知所謂的服務態度,簡直垃圾食堂。前天訂了位說留窗邊位。到了大堂接待,給了一張枱号纸便内進,服務員帶到了一張不是窗邊位。然後問了一下為什麼不是窗邊位?服務員說窗邊位已經坐滿。於是走到門口接待詢問為什麼不這麼是窗邊位,接待員說坐位是先到先得,又沒道歉又不給安排。那麼打電話訂位便是多餘的。什麼人,什麼服務態度。不喜歡做可以倒閉。又想賺客人錢,又注意服務,又沒禮貌,當客人白痴嗎。丢盡香港人的臉,這食店不吃也吧。

臨近中秋,同幾位老人家去飲茶,朋友介紹呢間,就試吓啦。因老人家,部份唔食牛、唔食蝦、唔食辣、唔食芫荽蔥,食物又唔可以靭或難咬,需要百般體貼,可以選擇的點心就相對少。我問服務員,叉燒腸有芫荽的嗎?她開頭講基本上應該冇的,我笑稱你咁肯定就好啦,隨後她又即時開咪問,確認了有芫荽。我再問其他腸粉呢有冇芫荽?她說應該都有,芫荽已撈哂的,食齋腸粉吧。。。我似乎問多了,令她面色不悅了。但都點了共12種點心,點心精緻,味道可以。老人家都食得幾歡喜。味道可以,一試無妨。星期日早上開店後,服務員似乎多工作,無乜笑容,體驗唔太好。諗住支持留港消費,但,又要考慮下啦。。。

酒樓名比較特別,到埋單後先知原來係美x集團旗下。當日係星期五,以海港城環境黎講係一定好,望碼頭景,但真係十分靜,全場不過10枱客。食物質素相信係集團既中上,當然價錢都係相對。7個人全散叫,有主打片皮鴨,沙薑豬手,椒鹽鮮魷,鎮江骨,炸魚皮,乳豬,露荀蝦仁,炒飯,蠔餅等。當中食物整體唔差,除左個個所謂既蠔餅,製作方法簡直浪費,炸到成舊石頭,硬到插唔入,最後無乜人食,晒曬!其他食物如鴨,豬都屬中上味道。最後叫左3個楊枝甘露,埋單$33xx。埋單前有問職員有冇優惠或信用卡優惠,佢話無,只得yuu儲分,當刻先知道係集團。重點係,我哋埋好單出門後,發現門外張貼優惠話堂食散座88折,明明埋單前問職員話無優惠,結果我哋返去問櫃檯,佢話係喎,好在未埋數收機,我哋話埋單前有問職員有冇優惠架喎。雖然市道唔好,但手法相當低等。後來發現原來openrice都有另一食評反映佢唔老實,唔正視問題,只會搞死自己!
