今期大佬請吃飯,梗係要食蠔啲啦!大家姐精心挑選左間高級越南餐廳,我地睇過下都覺得唔錯,就齊齊出發食好野啦!有人埋單我地點菜就放開手腳沒再看價錢了。首先來了四只大大只嘅炭燒北海道元貝。其實我對食物無咩要求,見到魚露兩個字我就當佢系正宗越南菜架喇!好香、好甜、好大只!同平時食開嘅真系有啲唔同,我仲忍唔住飲埋啲汁添!之後嚟嘅系米紙卷。酸酸甜甜,個汁嘅味好似同以前食過嘅有啲唔同。最後主菜我地要左個炭燒澳洲開邊蝦同越式燉雞槌。無錯,我們叫嘅都系比較細份嘅,無計,得四個人,雖然大佬請我地都會就住嘅。開邊蝦啲膏好濃好香,我地認唔住叫多個飯嚟送。好正!個雞槌我以為系好似小食咁,只是分量會大啲。。。但嚟到嘅時候,真系比佢surprise到!因為啲雞槌炆燉到變曬色,一夾就已經骨肉分離,好嫩滑入味!送飯一流!總體而言,呢間餐廳帶左唔少驚喜比我地。下次lunch再來試下先!
