餐廳格調唔錯,主打越南菜,位置幾闊落,感覺上好休閒,好啱同朋友一齊傾計食下嘢。 侍應服務都幾好,一坐低就斟咗兩杯水黎,叫落單都好快。而落單唔夠五分鐘已經上到菜 ,加上食物係熱嘅,呢點值得一讚。叫左生和牛湯河$ 118食Pho最緊要個湯夠熱, 先可以浸熟啲牛肉, 但係要保持牛肉嘅肉質鮮嫩,唔可以浸得過老,呢間都做得幾好。 牛肉片唔算超薄,食落都會有返啲口感, 係可以啱啱浸熟嘅厚度,美中不足係牛肉味唔算太重,但係都有六七片。 面頭都有幾片九層塔,建議另上可以撕開增添香味。 湯底好清甜,都幾重牛味,入口幾順滑唔油膩。豬扒椰漿碎米飯$98雖然碎米飯嘅米粒唔算短小,椰漿味亦唔太出, 不過食得出飯有調過味,口感都幾好,唔會太腍或太硬。 配菜都幾豐富 有啲青瓜同番茄片, 越式醃蘿蔔酸酸甜甜 配埋豬扒食幾開胃。 有個好似玉子燒咁嘅蛋卷,有肉碎,木耳絲同粉絲喺裏面 食落有多重口感。豬扒都有少少香茅味,略嫌乾咗啲,多返啲肉汁會更加好食。整體黎講Pho 值得一試,個人認為好食過錦麗, 價錢會貴咗啲,但係有啲時段會有半價 ,係中環咁就好抵食。

Their wagyu beef and pork mung are my go-tos for lunch here. Amazing quality, food comes quick and their lunch sets comes up with an appetizer, drink and entree. Their shrimp toast and crab cakes make great appetizers!! Super busy at lunch time so be sure to book ahead of time!

特別一讚是生和牛湯河,湯底清澈卻不失香濃,完全是正宗越南味道!

平時一百蚊都有找啦 。

不過佢地方大,環境舒服,同隔離位有距離。
如果係business lunch要傾野既都唔錯。
不過。。。佢有限時一個鍾,所以扣一扣分!

Cold rice vermicelli is always a great choice when you are hot, it really cools you down; and it can't go wrong with BBQ chicken. So that's what I had for lunch. I chose salad as appetizer coz I was really hot. Lol... Salad was sweet and sour, and a bit spicy too. BBQ chicken was tender and juicy, with cooling rice vermicelli, added with sweet and sour soup on the table. What a refreshing lunch. Very nice!

Went there for lunch on a public holiday so there weren't a lot of people which was nice.We ordered wagyu beef pho, deep fried chicken wings, spring rolls and pork chop vermicelli to share.  We were pretty excited when the pho arrived as it was a big  bowl but when we moved aside the spring onions and bean sprouts we only found a few shreds of beef.  Each piece was very tiny and was only slightly bigger than a 5 dollar coin and there were only a few pieces and they didn't taste like wagyu beef a

We were pretty excited when the pho arrived as it was a big  bowl but when we moved aside the spring onions and bean sprouts we only found a few shreds of beef.  Each piece was very tiny and was only slightly bigger than a 5 dollar coin and there were only a few pieces and they didn't taste like wagyu beef at all. They were not soft nor fatty and there's not much flavor to it.  They're more like the leftover meat from the butcher table.  The broth was also not impressive and we were all a bit thirsty after the meal.  Considering it's $108 per bowl it would rate it as highly disappointing.  I had tried 3 other Vietnamese pho places in Central and they were all much better than this.

Spring rolls were normal but the batter of deep fried chicken wings were way to hard to eat.  It felt like it's been re-fried a few times already but the chicken wings were big and got lots of meat.

Service was attentive with waitresses refilling water from time to time.  

I would highly NOT recommend the wagyu beef pho to anyone who's planning to eat there.
