餐廳格調唔錯,主打越南菜,位置幾闊落,感覺上好休閒,好啱同朋友一齊傾計食下嘢。 侍應服務都幾好,一坐低就斟咗兩杯水黎,叫落單都好快。而落單唔夠五分鐘已經上到菜 ,加上食物係熱嘅,呢點值得一讚。叫左生和牛湯河$ 118食Pho最緊要個湯夠熱, 先可以浸熟啲牛肉, 但係要保持牛肉嘅肉質鮮嫩,唔可以浸得過老,呢間都做得幾好。 牛肉片唔算超薄,食落都會有返啲口感, 係可以啱啱浸熟嘅厚度,美中不足係牛肉味唔算太重,但係都有六七片。 面頭都有幾片九層塔,建議另上可以撕開增添香味。 湯底好清甜,都幾重牛味,入口幾順滑唔油膩。豬扒椰漿碎米飯$98雖然碎米飯嘅米粒唔算短小,椰漿味亦唔太出, 不過食得出飯有調過味,口感都幾好,唔會太腍或太硬。 配菜都幾豐富 有啲青瓜同番茄片, 越式醃蘿蔔酸酸甜甜 配埋豬扒食幾開胃。 有個好似玉子燒咁嘅蛋卷,有肉碎,木耳絲同粉絲喺裏面 食落有多重口感。豬扒都有少少香茅味,略嫌乾咗啲,多返啲肉汁會更加好食。整體黎講Pho 值得一試,個人認為好食過錦麗, 價錢會貴咗啲,但係有啲時段會有半價 ,係中環咁就好抵食。 continue reading

Their wagyu beef and pork mung are my go-tos for lunch here. Amazing quality, food comes quick and their lunch sets comes up with an appetizer, drink and entree. Their shrimp toast and crab cakes make great appetizers!! Super busy at lunch time so be sure to book ahead of time! continue reading

數年前曾到訪越南遊歷,品嘗過最正宗的越南湯河,念念不忘那滋味,亦不容易在香港找到。 中環也有不少越南菜餐廳,但較為正宗的餐廳卻寥寥可數,辦公事後經過此餐廳便進去醫醫肚。點了午市嘗味套餐($145),前菜選了蟹肉春卷,主菜點了生和牛湯河,還包括一系列飲品選擇,選了薑茶暖一暖胃。另外,只需加$38便可選額外小食,今趟只有我一個人怕吃不完,要不然下次與朋友再來便可以加我向來最愛的蒜茸牛油雞翼了! 炸蟹肉春卷香脆可口,吃得出一絲絲的蟹肉。 特別一讚是生和牛湯河,湯底清澈卻不失香濃,完全是正宗越南味道!生和牛浸在熱乎乎的湯河後一會兒便變成半熟狀態,和牛肉質嫩滑,河粉亦是剛好彈牙的質感,實是不錯吃。此午市套餐整體份量對本人來說已十分足夠,價錢在中環區來說也尚算合理。眼看平日的午市時段也全店滿座,大多都是附近上班一族為主。 後來才知道此店原來由正宗越南師傅主理,怪不得是吃得出的正宗越南滋味。這裡夜晚還供應半自助晚餐,設一位大人免費帶同兩位小童的優惠!下次再與家人來試試~ continue reading
