To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日經開九龍灣，試咗呢間上樓嘅日式餐廳。地方闊落，環境舒服。有卡位，中間亦有好多大枱。午餐叫咗一個「溫泉蛋牛油果炙燒三文魚丼」同「香蔥醬煎厚切牛舌蓋飯」，前菜包埋麵豉湯同埋中華沙律。飲品叫咗Mocha同埋鹹檸檬雪碧。溫泉蛋牛油果炙燒三文魚丼 $68 - 首先賣相好靚，材料亦都好豐富，溫泉蛋整得啱啱好，牛油果連埋三文魚，仲有車厘茄同粟米。味道好之餘，感覺亦都好健康。👍🏼👍🏼香蔥醬煎厚切牛舌蓋飯 $68 - 勁鍾意食牛舌嘅我哋，無論厚切薄切，都試過唔少。今次過牛舌我可以話超有驚喜，個面煎得好脆，入面好冧，口感好好，加埋啲醬料味道好夾，真心好好食。😋😋誠意推薦比附近返工嘅朋友，位置好近德福廣場，價錢實惠，食物質素高，我去開九龍灣都會再次到訪。
