To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友聚會,太古廣場地庫北京樓地點真是首選, 一出地鐵站就可以到達,非常方便。北京樓裝修雅緻舒適,枱与枱之間有一定距離,格調高級。來到北京樓當然要食北京填鴨,一上菜眼就前一亮,師傅刀功了得,擺盤講究,鴨皮伴碟邊 碟中間鋪砌了鴨皮連肉;伴邊的鴨皮 薄和脆 一點肥膏都沒有,食完皮之後, 輪到吃中間的皮連肉,皮脆肉嫩,而且薄餅皮夠薄煙韌,沒有肥膩感,近期食過做得最好的片皮鴨 。宮保蝦球,蝦好大隻,新鮮爽脆,酸甜開胃,冇得頂。叫咗兩款小籠包,都好美味,小籠包雖然皮薄但韌度恰到好處,用筷子夾都唔會爛皮,而且湯汁滿瀉。還有干煸四季豆,干身香口,但掛住食唔記得影相。總的來說,今次太古廣場北京樓給我印像是非一般的北京樓,無論裝修、服務、食物水平 超出我們的預期,性價比高,值得推介。宮保蝦球$318北京填鴨$598松茸素肉小籠包六隻$98
