To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得呢間餐廳係中環有一間分店,嗰度嘅環境裝修好吸引到我,不過朋友比較近太古,所以我哋今日就揀咗太古城分店慶祝生日。餐廳係商場嘅一樓,商場比較大,所以地點不算太容易找到。雖然叫做玻璃屋,不過這裏的分店是沒有玻璃外牆的。餐廳的燈光有點昏暗,帶點情調,很適合和閨蜜聊聊天呢。。 餐牌嘅選擇很多,以一般西餐帶點不同,有點fusion 菜式。而且圖文並茂,賣相是頗吸引的。。親“籽”正文魚配辣柚子豉油 $118這個菜式是一個很清新的appertizer,挪威三文魚配上帶點酸味的柚子豉油,味道好清新同開胃呢。。健康水果沙律伴烤花生 $128呢個沙律真係有點似水果盤,種類比平常嘅水果沙律多很多呢,而且啲水果同蔬菜都好新鮮。最特別係呢一個水果沙律有一碗小小嘅自家烤製花生,可以加落去沙律之中增加口感。。Lobster Pasta X.O.醬龍蝦炒麵 $228呢個菜式真係有啲似中式嘅肉絲炒麵,不過用咗西式嘅鐵板,侍應仲會喺個熱辣辣嘅麵上面倒上XO醬呢。個麵餅炸得好香脆,再加埋惹味X.O.醬。成個麵底都好食啊。龍蝦不過不失,不過有啲細隻。慢煮12小時八珍甜醋牛肋骨 $268另一個fusion菜,就係呢個八珍甜醋

呢個菜式真係有啲似中式嘅肉絲炒麵,不過用咗西式嘅鐵板,侍應仲會喺個熱辣辣嘅麵上面倒上XO醬呢。個麵餅炸得好香脆,再加埋惹味X.O.醬。成個麵底都好食啊。
龍蝦不過不失,不過有啲細隻。

慢煮12小時八珍甜醋牛肋骨 $268
另一個fusion菜,就係呢個八珍甜醋牛肋骨,八珍甜醋成日都聽到用來煮腳豬腳薑,但係配上西式嘅牛肋骨呢個配搭真係好新奇。
牛肋骨係經過12小時低溫慢煮,甜醋香味完全滲入肉中,值得一讚係伴碟嘅蘋果沙律,食下啲蔬菜配上牛肋骨,感覺上冇咁肥膩呢。

好好食嘅甜品呀!
初頭以為佢係$1曲奇餅,點知牛油軟曲奇係類似一塊厚版本嘅麥維他消化餅,配上雲呢拿雪糕及士多啤梨,一冷一熱嘅口感好食,真係好肥,但係令人人停唔到口。
邊一題係個甜品上面嘅朱古力牌,英文字體真係好靚,如果慶祝生日,呢度係唔錯

Vanilla Souffle 香草梳乎厘 - $98
好耐冇食過咁好食嘅梳乎厘,係震騰騰仲要係巨型版,佢嘅size 令我哋都大吃一驚,仲大過我塊面車。厚身不過入面極濕潤,再去唔會有一種未熟嘅感覺。入口鬆軟,再配埋加雲呢拿醬,可以隨自己嘅喜好加入去呢。

椰皇雞尾酒 $128
水果茶果然係店舖嘅王牌,唔會好苦澀,茶味濃又飲到荔枝味。
雞尾酒嘅賣相超贊,好有心思,而且飲完杯雞尾酒之後,個椰皇肉仲可以食添。
