To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物錯送 補飛降呢

今日到千両食晚餐，係門口已經等好耐，仲要搭枱。等到肚餓、費事再等，唯有照食。叫左三文魚腩，帶子同油甘魚腩壽司。等左好耐，見對面食客，遲過我落單都到左，見唔對路，於是問吓侍應。侍應詢問壽司師傅，竟說已送。點知原來個師傅送錯左去同枱對面。師傅急忙補飛，不知是心情不佳，還是將價就貨，送來的壽司與送錯到對面的，無論賣相、用料都差過幾皮。其中油金魚魚腩與對面枱相比，看似不同部位，看來看去在面前的與一般平日食開普通油甘無異。只嘆倒楣，唯有快快食完，埋單走人。不過如此服務水平，令人失望。不再光顧！
