To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物不是很特別, 只是一般的酒樓菜式團年飯套餐裡有龍蝦e麵, 能食到的龍蝦沒有味, 只覺芝士黏住個咀芝士也不覺有芝士味, 不知道在吃什麼龍蝦都算多的, 但有些龍蝦沒有整碎殼問佢扭攞個挾, 不了了之,最後,浪費了那些龍蝦最過份的是......那隻燒雞第一次追話"即燒"半個鐘之間, 已經不斷問, 沒有人理會成一個鐘之後先有那隻"即燒"(即刻返燒)的雞這隻雞沒有雞味, 雞皮是"皺起的"不脆的似是返炸那個甜品桂花糕不太甜, 適合不喜歡甜的以後都唔會再去

Other Info. : 本人認為服務態度同餐廳的誠信都好影響客人的食慾及餐廳選擇。 因為Book 了枱,所以唔洗等(但實際晚飯旺時段也不多人) 電話book 枱時, 那個接線生明明說可以散叫, 不需揀他預設的"水魚"團年套餐 但去到,個侍應話只可以叫那些"水魚"團年套餐, 散叫的只有菜類 餐廳誠信同表達能力都有問題
