To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無食「甘味」了,幾年前係沙田食開,味道正,令人懷念!之前都有係鑽石山食過,味道正常!相隔多年,行過見再去食,竟然差左咁多。唔知係咪轉左老細定廚師。照燒雞扒飯一上枱面,賣相已經唔吸引,睇落就係炸雞扒再淋d照燒汁係面,咬落去又乾又硬,完全唔係正常嘅照燒雞扒,不如唔好叫照燒雞扒飯,好失望!(要食炸雞都唔使叫佢)而定食豬扒烏冬就好似大學canteen咁頹,烏冬又粉,愈食愈無胃口,所以先影低決定寫食評。
