To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 陰差陽錯地走進這家牛涮鍋, 每次跟他吃日式火鍋, 他必點有“和牛”兩個字的套餐選項, 是次點了澳洲和牛組合。湯底選了鴛鴦的: 甜豉油和昆布湯。昆布湯清淡點可以理解, 不過就連甜豉油湯底都不夠濃, 所以吃牛肉時都要沾點醬料。澳洲和牛套餐主角澳洲和牛很快送到, 別看一盤只有幾片, 其實每片都好大塊, 份量差不多等同平常的兩盤。雪花紋理分佈不是太平均, 但肉質卻很焾滑。牛味方面就不是太濃, 整體而言, 不過不失吧!豚肉和雞腿肉雞腿肉不感興趣沒試; 至於豚肉則麻麻, 有微微豬除味, 顯然不及牛陣的好食。所以都沒再追加。火鍋只吃牛肉有點單調, 而這兒的自助配料區正好滿足多心的我的欲望。自助區選擇很多, 食材都算新鮮, 丸類, 菜類和麵食類都有, 基本每款取一件都可以吃過飽了!除此之外, 還有不少醬料配料供選擇, 豉油, 蒜蓉, 辣椒醬, 麻醬和芝麻等等, 讓你自由配搭。吃了幾盤牛肉後, 其實已開始飽, 所以開始轉戰甜品, 令人驚喜的是, 這兒有好幾款蛋糕甜點, 包括芝士蛋糕, 泡芙和乳酪雪糕等, 把所有甜點都試過後, 發覺每款都好食, 其中以朱古力大福那濃香的朱古力爆漿最令人回味可惜...都只吃

總體而言, 食物質素整體可以; 座位方面, 由於我們被安排坐卡位座, 所以尚算舒適; 最後一提的是, 追加食物和加湯等, 都是透過ipad下單, 其實蠻方便的。

偶爾想吃火鍋時, 這家可以考慮考慮。
