To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這次是我第一次在Open Rice寫合評，就係荔枝角奇華小廚已經幫襯過拾幾年係我哋午餐飯堂，這裡食物都o k價錢在荔枝角區都算貴，近兩年已減小去飯堂午飯，其中最主要原因，就係嚟咗一個所謂中年樓面男主管，這個人服務態度甚差，每次我哋差唔多午飯時間到來幫襯，堂上都有許多吉枱，佢每次都要大大聲問客要人齊先俾位，仲話佢依到係吾俾人霸位態度甚惡劣，香港飲食業有今日真係多得佢依D人，我哋吃完今次都會無下次未坐埋位已就氣，除非呢一個人不在這裡做。後話→ （有f d報料話我哋知原來嗰個所謂嘅主管在荔枝角名聲都響（服務態度），佢在同區另一間茶餐廳（紅米）做咗一排，都係服務勁差，常常得失客人及佢啲同事！）
