To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

總體經歷讓我感到失望。首先，我點了雞白湯烏冬，味道確實不錯，湯底濃郁，雞肉也相當嫩滑，讓我對這次用餐的開始感到滿意。然而，接下來的蒸蠔卻讓我非常失望。從我下單到蒸籠上桌，整整等了25分鐘。然後又被告知需要再等15分鐘，最終40分鐘才得以品嘗到這道菜。可惜的是，蠔的鮮度並不理想，口感讓我覺得不新鮮，完全沒有預期中的美味。用餐結束後，我叫了埋單，但又需等了10分鐘才得到帳單，這樣的服務真是令人失望。長時間的等待和不如預期的菜品讓我不會再光顧這家餐廳。我希望他們能改善服務質素，否則會影響更多顧客的體驗。
