To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

初四去完樂富親戚家拜年, 見去開呢頭, 阿爸阿媽決定行落去附近既九龍城食泰國菜九龍城泰國餐廳選擇眾多, 平時一家人去開既另一間, 但係阿爸阿媽見咁耐無去過黃珍珍便選擇了此店記得以前細個成日都會同阿爸阿媽去黃珍珍食飯, 但係已經幾年無去是次去到黃珍珍的時間是約6:30p.m, 時間雖尚早, 但係已經好多人去到時先問領位員拎飛等位, 我地3個人, 佢話未有細檯要等一陣, 第一張檯就係我地見咁多人, 等下位好正常, 於是一家3口就傾下計, 等一陣, 心諗應該好快有位正當我地期待緊好快有位可以品嚐美食之際, 問題就出現了現場有幾檯都係3位既客等緊位, 因為領位員話無細檯但係有幾檯遲黎既4人客, 領位員就即刻話有檯比佢地入, 但係其實3定係4位都從係坐4人檯我明白D檯多數係4人檯, 比4位客入先係合乎經濟效益, 但係無理由咁對待D客呀嘛?事後問番其他朋友, 發現呢個係黃珍珍規矩, 次次都係咁令到D客唔開心, 領位員又難做, 呢D規矩真係要改!等左15分鐘之後終於入到去食飯, 坐的是2樓, 環境ok幾舒服3個人總共叫左6款菜色, 菜單如下:泰式鳳爪: 同普通的泰式鳳爪無咩大分別, 鳳爪夠爽口,

但係有幾檯遲黎既4人客, 領位員就即刻話有檯比佢地入, 但係其實3定係4位都從係坐4人檯

我明白D檯多數係4人檯, 比4位客入先係合乎經濟效益, 但係無理由咁對待D客呀嘛?

事後問番其他朋友, 發現呢個係黃珍珍規矩, 次次都係咁
令到D客唔開心, 領位員又難做, 呢D規矩真係要改!


等左15分鐘之後終於入到去食飯, 坐的是2樓, 環境ok幾舒服
3個人總共叫左6款菜色, 菜單如下:

泰式鳳爪: 同普通的泰式鳳爪無咩大分別, 鳳爪夠爽口, 但係比我平時食開既辣好多

燒豬頸肉: 呢個係見openrice咁多人推介而點的, 肉質不錯, 切得亦夠厚, 略嫌上菜時已微涼, 不夠熱

炸蝦餅: 呢個唔錯! 夠爽口大件, 上菜時都夠熱, 加左D杏仁片落去炸, 幾得意

羊架: 誠意推介, 好入味, 就算唔點醬汁都好好味, 而且完全無羶味


炒雜菜: 因為唔想剩食肉唔食菜而點了道這道菜,無咩特別, 一般炒雜菜, 有西蘭花,通菜,椰菜, 芥蘭, 草菇

椰汁芒果糯米飯: 飯後甜品, 可能季節唔岩, 芒果較酸, 椰汁幾香濃, 但略嫌太少, 糯米幾有咬口, 不錯
份量都幾大碟, 3個人分都夠, 如果芒果甜番D, 椰汁多番D就更好


之前睇到好多人都覺得黃珍珍有少少貴, 但係佢既碟頭比出面一D鋪仔既大, 所以都ok
今次3個人叫左6樣野, 連加一 $455埋單, 食到捧住個肚出番去, 都唔算太貴既
