To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為書展，所以黎到灣仔覓食1963 木十豆寸是一間樓上鋪，入口一座唐樓2樓所以要行樓梯，樓梯沿路有d可愛嘅指示紙寫住'食前多運動'之類嘅字眼，都幾得意上到去餐廳，瞬間被懷舊的裝修吸引了一坐低更被色彩繽紛的餐具隻碟真係好靚呀仲有可愛嘅筷子同匙羹我同朋友A點咗3樣嘢+2杯嘢飲紅燒牛肉麵上先份量十分細，一個人食一定唔飽朋友A覺得牛肉湯底味道較淡，但我覺得岩岩好，不算濃味，但亦都未到無味牛筋好淋好好食，但牛肉相較遜色，唔夠淋得黎有點兒鞋，麵的口感彈牙，味道黎講我會俾3/5分，岩岩合格，抵食就一定唔抵食架啦都有擔心唔夠飽，所以專登叫咗個炒飯蒼蠅頭炒飯我見識短，第一次睇到豆豉嘅別名係蒼蠅，覺得好生動炒飯配料十分簡單，蛋、蔥花、豆豉、少量肉碎、辣椒雖然配料簡單，但味道卻十分好味可能因為我本身鍾意食辣仲有種客家的味道宮保皮蛋牛味道辣得黎其實同牛肉皮蛋不太夾牛肉還牛肉，皮蛋還皮蛋不推介之前去台北飲過檸檬冬瓜茶覺得好正見到呢度都有就叫咗杯冬瓜味不夠，我已經唔敢篤舊檸檬，驚太酸會搶咗冬瓜茶嘅味但係佢落嘅檸檬調味都好濃，相比起來，冬瓜味完全比下去似係飲緊普通嘅檸檬水特飲朋友叫的Oreo沙冰無試味，所以不評論總
