又一間有歷史嘅冰室茶餐廳🤓真係好鍾意歷史嘅氣息,「海安咖啡室」室內有少少新舊交替,餐牌、枱凳翻新過,但天花吊扇、牆壁掛扇掛鐘,以至店內金漆招牌,都充滿歲月痕跡,係度食野別有一番味道😊。叉燒薑蔥香油撈麵($48)••••••12點後先有嘅叉燒😜半肥瘦靚厚切叉燒,jeng!少少蜜糖焦香😛撈麵麵底夠乾身,彈牙無發漲,薑蔥味好濃好香,見到每粒薑蔥都醃製到上哂色,但食落又無油膩感👍🏻如果伴碟椰菜唔係白烚就更好啦。鮮牛肉湯米粉($43)脆豬(跟餐+$9)••••••鮮牛肉保留到牛肉應有肉質口感,無俾鬆肉粉拿得太得過份,無調味下食到原始肉味。雞湯麻油香氣四射🤣清清地唔死鹹幾好味。米粉比平常茶記食到嘅幼身順滑,份量幾多。脆豬煉奶係搽左先焗嘅🥰所以奶油豬保持到脆身,又無後尾唧煉奶咁甜食得咁呢hea。茶走••••••少失望,茶味都飲到ok可以,但薄身稀左啲,亦唔夠滑。
