To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

全香港最高嘅大廈，位於尖沙咀ICC頂層嘅麗斯卡爾頓酒店，今日揀咗去佢嘅大堂酒廊度食下午茶，黎都ICC當然醉翁之意不在酒，今日係去睇景嘅不過可惜今日天氣欠佳有少少雨粉，影相去麻麻地！我哋兩個人嗌咗Tea set for one同一份公司三文治，份量都幾多，三文治仲跟埋薯條。公司三文治入邊加咗牛油果，幾中意呢個配撘，薯條份量夠多 如果再粗身少少更好食！下午茶方面，如果鹹點比例高少少會更好，但佢嘅甜點大部分都好食，唔會過甜！加上餐廳望到咁靚嘅海景乜都值回票價啦
