To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日一班好同事，慶祝我生日👏，我就搵呢間飲茶試吓咁啦，話晒都係第一次嚟😁。餐廳環境昏暗，中茶館好少會咁做喎😅。搞到睇餐牌都辛苦啲😓。睇完餐牌唔見有點心紙😳，問部長啦，佢話喺餐牌最後😳，咁即係得好少點心選擇囉👉👈，食小菜為主啊😓。先嚟海蜇，爽口彈牙好味道😋。瑤柱冬菇燉湯，瑤柱好林，冬菇又夠香，啖湯好清甜😋。燒賣大大粒，仲有隻蝦舖面頭😋。蝦餃皮薄，夾起唔易散開，大大隻蝦有蝦味😋。春卷就普通平凡喇😓。點心可因顧客人數，每籠可以加都得，減又唔知得唔得呢😅。乳豬皮唔太脆，肉質唔鹹咁囉😓。叉燒都係瘦叉，不過有啲放涼咗嘅感覺囉😓。燒鵝都係放涼咗嘅，普普通通😓。碟菜唔記得係咩菜喇，但係都係普普通通😓。炒飯有好多材料，味道都唔算凸出囉😓。集團嘅餐廳，都不能寄預厚望架喇👉👈😓⋯⋯
