To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相信香港人都無咩邊個未食過譚仔既米線大家都耳熟能詳譚仔姐姐既譚仔落單暗号勿演，麻辣實小喇.....聽左甘多年聽到惯哂，相當有親切感我個人比較鐘意譚仔三哥多啲，雖然食既野差唔多，但係譚仔三哥会有多啲湯底選擇例如有蕃茄湯底，同埋我今次特登黎試下既砂砂湯底所謂砂砂湯底，原來係改良自馬來西亞既喇沙湯底加上泰國風味混合而成同只需加多一蚊就可以試依隻新湯底辣度最少可選十小辣，不過就無得揀唔辣湯底比起喇沙較為淡少少，但係多左少少海鮮味，雖然唔算好新穎既口味，但亦一試無防
