聞說現在最難預約的中菜,饞嘴的我當然一直都很想嘗試,突然朋友說預約了這星期六,簡直就是心想事成馬上報名。老舖在西灣河,我們今天試天后的新店,適逢週末,老闆加大廚也在這裏坐鎮。椒鹽鮑魚粉很貼服,令到鮑魚質感很實在,味道偏濃,很是香口。蝦多士分量很大,蝦膠非常滑,多士炸得剛剛好,沒有太油膩。咕嚕肉,也是粉薄餡靚,甜酸份量拿捏很好。魚翅濃郁,也是偏鹹但我比較喜歡龍尾所以完全是我杯茶總括一個好酒好菜的晚上,三五知己,樂也樂也

椒鹽鮑魚粉很貼服,令到鮑魚質感很實在,味道偏濃,很是香口。

蝦多士分量很大,蝦膠非常滑,多士炸得剛剛好,沒有太油膩。
