第一道上菜嘅係杏汁白肺湯 份量好大 建議如果細食嘅女仔兩個人share一份會比較好 我哋每人叫咗一盅基本上飲咗一半已經飽左50% 杏汁白肺湯嘅口感好濃郁 飲得出用料好足夠 豬肺都洗得好乾淨 每一件都係白雪雪


第二道上菜嘅係最出名嘅蝦多士 蝦同多士嘅比例係9:1 滿滿紮實彈牙嘅蝦滑 多士嘅脆只係作點綴之用 份量好大 基本上一件已經夠晒!



第三度最推介嘅係豬扒飯 豬扒大大塊 好鬆化 完全唔會難咬 豬扒嘅量仲多過飯 上枱嘅時候一整盆喺你面前分 芝士嘅量好充足 基本上都係食唔晒 我哋打包咗一大半

蛋白杏仁茶糖水味道一般,偏甜。總體嚟講,合時小廚私房菜嘅菜式都非常出色,人均消費約$600多,尚算合理。建議提前預訂,並提前寫好菜單。
不過服務方面有改善空間,上菜速度過快,而且會一次性上幾道菜,與私房菜嘅慢節奏體驗唔太夾。另外,餐廳規定每位客人只提供一只酒杯,即使自備酒水並支付開瓶費,也無法更換酒杯,呢點略顯不便。

中秋家人聚餐,到合時小廚。七人埋單四千多,平均一人600元,價錢質素就放在那,但名氣熟客也放在那,良久才想到了這個切入點。先說菜式。杏汁白肺湯可能是全頓飯下來的最大敗筆,給了我一個特別差的第一印象。味道是十分好的,杏汁很濃,但整個湯都很粉,口感很差。如果南北杏是偷步先打粉再煮,它沒有再用攪拌機撤底攪匀;如果南北杏是煮到爛的,一我不確定會否出現到這麼均匀的粉感,二是說它沒有用煲湯袋隔渣才上桌。鮮鮑避風塘做法,很大一隻,鮑邊剛好脆脆的,不錯;蟶子王也很大一隻,蒜蓉粉絲蒸味道就不會差得到哪裡去,只可惜用的是蒜蓉醬;茶燻雞,我想廣東小廚酒家做雞的也沒哪家會差;雞湯花雕蒸馬友,老婆覺得稍鹹了點,可能是因為有雞湯和金華火腿,加上醬油就變得鹹了點;薑葱蟹煎腸粉,很大排檔鑊氣很足。整頓飯下來,除了湯,是吃得很廣東很舒服的。但如果細看煮法,配搭與呈現,卻會發現和一般小廚大排檔沒有很大的分別。收的是坊間一般私房菜的價錢,如果以私房菜而言叫便宜,但環境和菜式我只可以說是中上小館小廚或頂級大排檔的質素。用餐時對菜式,質素,環境,價錢的種種割裂感,最後反映到以上的評價當中,終於還是把這感覺說清楚了。

期待已久,一直聽說一位難求,結果西灣河總店已結業,一行四人前往天后新店一嚐這間口碑一直很好的飯店,結果失望至極,價錢與食物質素不符。預訂時間晚上六時,原本交枱時間是八時,由於於訂位時已預訂菜式,所以上菜速度都快,一個鐘未夠已上完菜,不過侍應收碟快和不斷詢問菜齊未、上糖水好唔好,好似催人食快啲咁,只是7:30pm就問埋單未?收費不便宜的晚飯吃得像午市要翻枱般,感覺很趕。豬肺湯真材實料,但個湯得杏仁味,無豬肺或豬輾的香,而且湯水偏稀,不濃稠,粵來順(全線分店已結業)的杏汁豬肺湯比這個出色很多。炒牛仔肉好一般,最好味的是洋蔥,炒得焦香,不過未食完啲配菜就被侍應火速收走了。煎蓮藕餅有芹菜粒及芫茜在內,其實與蓮藕唔夾,搶走蓮藕清香,入面混入的豬肉亦是瘦肉,本來煎蓮藕餅應該要吸點肥豬肉的油香,全然沒有。蝦多士,蝦膠厚實一舊,內裏夾有全隻蝦,但太厚了,吃時如炸蝦丸,吃完蝦丸,才吃到脆多士,多士唔油好味,但整體不像蝦多士。咕嚕肉正常香脆,咕嚕汁似有加入山渣汁或果汁,清香有果甜,好味。焗豬扒飯,大家樂比佢出色,因為大家樂焗飯有炒底,合時沒有,整個飯太多汁令飯沒有粒粒分明,整個飯只有甜味,蕃茄嘅酸及芝士嘅

性價比是零,附上的煎蛋看著好吃,但無燶邊,其實只是普通荷包蛋,一般家庭主婦都煎得較香。
不知合時是否主打清淡口味,主打吃得健康少鹽油,但亦因為咁所有菜式都爭啲爭啲咁,全晚最好味嘅係送嘅綠豆沙,足料亦起沙,清甜解膩。

一如既往的好吃,依然十分喜歡椒鹽南非鮑魚, 雞油花雕蒸馬友以及茶皇雞! 感覺今次的杏汁白肺湯比上次更好飲更入味,只是這次的薑蔥鴛鴦蟹腸粉煲略鹹,腸粉則煎得比上次香口,外脆內軟!


至於焗少爺豬扒飯,我們以往只試過外賣,今次終於堂食,豬扒肥瘦適中,鋪面的芝士蕃茄醬非常開胃,加埋隻荷包蛋,縱然已經吃到尾聲還是忍不住吃了滿滿的一碗飯!
