今天專程到西營盤藝里坊打卡一番,之後到附近的食神麗宮吃晚餐。此酒樓由星爺<食神>飲食顧問戴龍開設,因此期待品嘗已久。甫踏進餐廳,已被很多中式擺設吸引著,趁時間尚早,四圍參觀及拍攝一下,原來酒樓內有一道門通往華大盛品酒店的大堂。特醬燒乳鴿🕊 $48乳鴿一上桌香味撲鼻,原來用以醃製的滷水特別加入了春砂仁,肉質鮮嫩,肉汁豐富。另有,侍應給了兩包以Hello Kitty 包裝的手套🧤,用來吃乳鴿,這樣可以特別吃得滋味,真的貼心😋戲棚龍蝦湯泡粥 🥣 $68戲棚粥真係聽都未聽過,看介紹原來是盂蘭節看神功戲吃的,現為大師傅創作升級版,先用門鱔骨及龍蝦熬湯,再配以魷魚片及門鱔打成的魚球,以及潮州冬菜及香芹等,將湯撞上煲至起化花的泡飯上,另配有切成細細粒的油炸鬼,很有心思,味道非常香濃又有層次感😋火龍果蜜豆牛柳 🐂 $138火龍果味道鮮甜,蜜豆飽滿,牛柳更是一大驚喜,肉質極為鬆軟入味😋山楂汁脆蝦球 🍤 $128蝦球大大隻,爽口彈牙,配上酸酸甜甜的山楂汁,還配有菠蘿🍍、紫洋蔥🧅、三色椒🫑等,非常醒胃😋上湯海味雜菜煲 🍲 $108足料好味,有菜心、生菜🥬、白菜仔、青莧菜、粉絲、杞子、魷魚🦑、
