To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 與姊妹約會已過了大魚大肉的年紀,偶而選擇素菜清清腸胃也不錯餐廳位置比較相近柯士甸站,在中港城對面手撕杏鮑菇有淡淡椒鹽調味,附上酸醋汁,口感極似魷魚鬚,重要的是不油膩爽口,保留了杏鮑菇的水份,唔會太酥脆而刮口,看似份量不多但食極唔停口都仲有水煮魚份量很大、魚片用了薄切雞髀菇代替,配菜款式多、雲耳、腐竹、芽菜、豆皮,萵苣薯粉埋藏於配菜底,吸收了辣椒和麻椒的香味,配上酸菜,味道口感都很配特色咖喱煲配香椿法式麵包法式麵包塗上了香摏醬,有一點乾硬,沾上咖哩汁後也無礙。咖喱味道濃厚,只是因為配菜與水煮魚雷同,相較下水煮魚更惹味而己。欖菜肉鬆炒飯飯面上是用豆乾絲模仿了肉鬆,竟看似沒有分別,是誠意滿滿的細節位! 飯粒似食神中形容般粒粒分明,雖然沒有蛋粒,但欖菜的鹹香味鮮及一點點的甘甜味已很足夠推介指數 (5分滿分):整體 ❤❤❤❤味道 😋😋😋😋抵食 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻環境 ⭐️⭐️⭐服務 👨‍🍳👨‍🍳👨‍🍳👨‍🍳
