To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原來香港有依種羊肉專門店除咗供應唔同部份嘅羊肉之外，連成隻烤全羊都有得叫！不過我地得兩個人，所以就叫咗啲普通羊肉首先一嚟就梗係要叫內蒙羊肉串同雞肉串，烤得香脆多汁，肉質鮮嫩，加上獨特嘅調味，每一口都帶嚐到濃濃嘅肉香，讓人回味無窮。特別係內蒙羊肉串，肉質鮮美，燒烤得剛剛好，肉汁豐富，一粒瘦肉一粒肥肉咁樣，逐粒逐粒串上去，肥瘦適中非常好食。另外我哋仲叫咗蔥燒羊腩飯套餐，羊腩燉得入味腍軟，蔥燒嘅醬汁濃郁，帶嚐到深厚嘅羊肉味，配上白飯，簡直是絕配！然後我特別推薦要試吓佢嘅肚包肉湯，用羊肚包大量嘅羊肉，口感有咬口，湯汁清澈，肉質鮮嫩。食咗咁多肉想要食菜嚟平衡一下嘅話，就可以叫涼拌青瓜，清爽爽口，帶嚐到青瓜嘅清甜同脆爽，令人胃口大開。
