Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2014年開始光顧多次。2015年3月23日曾寫過食評讀好。疫情後首次重來,有預約不用排隊。點了多支啤酒,另外小菜是:1. 韭菜豬紅(伙記推介,真心麻麻)2. 炸豬手,皮脆肉香,好食3. 小炒王,材料足鑊氣夠4. 燒乳鴿,皮脆但肉腌過頭肉太鹹5. 金銀蛋菠菜,ok啦食物依然有水準,老闆依舊有霸氣而更親人,可惜的是有個阿豬媽,不知是伙記還是老闆,粗口爛舌不計,聲大大無貨賣,小動作令人生厭,老土趕客走情節不斷上演。連我在北河街街市的環境下亦吃得津津有味,但在這就背脊骨落。講真,朋友都話好食。三五知己食好西聚聚舊,但一粒老鼠屎催毀了一切,沒下次了,再會。祝生意興隆。
