To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有次荃灣行見到這間牛角出品名叫次男的飯店,食物賣相突出,走打咭路線。我今日就試試,主要有3款丼,另加其他食材,當然要加錢。我叫次男坊丼,次男坊丼+拖羅蓉刺身,豚肉丼。次男坊丼,即牛肉飯,配甜醬油,牛肉疊成山型,後面放上4塊紫菜,賣相吸引,打開牛肉內裡是用芽菜壘高,不過芽菜太多,比飯還要多,但芽菜調味一般!牛肉是薄身肥牛,肉味濃郁。次男坊丼+拖羅蓉刺身,飯上枱前加上膠蓋保溫,所以影響咗拖羅蓉刺身的鮮味,生同熟的食物真係要分開,下次唔會再加。豚肉丼,肉上放溫泉蛋,混合飯一齊食,正!
