今日黎到銅鑼灣,即刻去聲稱米芝蓮一級食府莆田試下蟶霸。入到去環境都ok,座椅舒服,但就較多內地人幫襯。前菜係精美四小拼,個紫菜又咸又酸,十分開胃。滷豆腐同筍乾都十分入味,份量都算多。之後又試左酒糟醃蟶子。酒味十分濃郁,完全遮蓋左本身蟶子鮮味。呢個時候配以熱茶,十分暖胃。主菜係蒜蓉蒸蟶子,呢道菜式一上檯就十分吸引,蟶子鮮嫩多汁,可以食到當中ge鮮甜。漁民紫菜炆飯較油,飯亦較為濕潤,味道尚算清淡。甜品係香芋棒,口感乾身,亦十分之脆。內裡有充足ge芋泥,味道不錯,值得讚賞。
