To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚食好野，朋友介紹去食阿拉斯加蟹，🦀佢話海港酒樓做緊特價，好呀，一於去，這間海港酒樓位於西環西寳城商場入面，同其他分店沒有不同，寛䦢，光猛，座位舒適。而且聴聞好似有好多特價小菜，古法羊腩煲$168，送豆苗一碟，不過羊腩煲太多水啦😔⋯⋯味道失左D! 鮑魚雞煲$88！燒鵝例牌+鮮魚一條$288。還有其他餐前小食，價錢由$38 起。我哋叫了一碟鮮支竹米皇浸菜苗，大碟嘅，不過連無牙婆都啱食😅⋯⋯除左蟹是抵食和超多「膏」之外，例湯，真的值得推介：濃湯花膠煲嚮螺，嘩，真的超濃味，而且每人可以飲到二碗，而且花膠超多和大件，飲完之後，真的「膠膠地」。靚貨，承恵$168！ 屋企都做唔到啦⋯⋯真心推介👍👍⋯⋯翠塘滑豆腐，系唔錯，但系醬汁就「傑」左D. 有小小失望。陳皮話梅骨：最後系食剩排骨，話梅一早掃清。如果鐘意食蟹的你，海港可以系考慮之一😉，
