避風塘炒蟹當然是香港道地風味啦!

而這次以小籠包的方式呈現出來,可以整粒放入口,如此享受炒蟹,真是很有儀態呢!

正常小籠包內裡當然是有肉有湯。倒出來印証一下,一匙滿滿的,果然是肉汁豐富,也很鮮甜呢!待小籠包放稍涼一點,才滴上陳醋,整個放入口中慢慢享受。

四粒抄手配麵條。有剪麵呢!方便大家分享。

麵條煙韌,醬汁花生味不濃,偏向酸辣及麻辣,舌頭很快就平復下來。

抄手沾上口水雞的醬汁會更好味。

傳統北方小吃,

以一層粘米糯米蒸熟後,抹上一層紅豆蓉,卷起成形,

再在黃豆粉上滾來滾去,外層就沾滿黃豆粉了,

然後横向切件,就是小時候對<驢打滚>的印象了。

驢打滚真是黄白紅三色分明。入口很軟很滑,
白色部份似椰汁馬豆糕淡淡的甜味,但粘度未有達至<痴牙>的境界。

而淺紅色的紅豆蓉不太甜,配上外層的黃豆粉,這是首嚐驢打滚了。   

這晚真的很滿足呢!

嚐到香港特色小籠包,還有其他美食。

朋友也很開心,因為有免費泊車優惠呢!
