To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實食開米線嘅雲桂香都唔需要點樣介紹，相信大部份香港人都認識，不過見悶悶地就寫下食評啦位於荃灣路德圍，呢度嘅米線譜大大話話都有五六間，成條街都主要係食粉麵，大部份都係經常滿座，當然你一間都唔例外啦長期爆棚！今日同朋友仔兩個人一齊落嚟食今日叫咗小窩米線揀咗竹笙，雖然唔係野生係種植嘅竹笙，總好過冇呀，野生好貴～海帶，鍾意佢係一條條幼，有啲會係海帶結個人就冇咁鍾意朋友仔梗係叫主打腩肉米線啦，最鍾意半肥瘦，好入味通常入得黎都會食佢嘅口水雞，我真係好鍾意食佢啲口水🐔，雖然佢好明顯唔係正宗川菜嗰隻口水雞味，但係佢啱我鍾意嘅口味，就算一個人我都叫一碟仲另外叫咗腐乳通菜，佢啲腐乳醬真係好好食呀，因為甜甜地鍾意囉😂

揀咗竹笙，雖然唔係野生係種植嘅竹笙，總好過冇呀，野生好貴～海帶，鍾意佢係一條條幼，有啲會係海帶結個人就冇咁鍾意

朋友仔梗係叫主打腩肉米線啦，最鍾意半肥瘦，好入味

通常入得黎都會食佢嘅口水雞，我真係好鍾意食佢啲口水🐔，雖然佢好明顯唔係正宗川菜嗰隻口水雞味，但係佢啱我鍾意嘅口味，就算一個人我都叫一碟


仲另外叫咗腐乳通菜，佢啲腐乳醬真係好好食呀，因為甜甜地鍾意囉😂
