To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假日與友人齊齊開大餐，有趣係要嚟黃埔呢間分店，服務員十分細心安排位置，加上先天呢度坐位唔迫，可以輕鬆傾吓講吓，唔智有壓迫感。食物就真心一流：海鮮，刺身，沙律，芝士，餐湯，主菜，甜品，飲品，樣樣多選擇，令人開心。海鮮冷盤首選：長腳蟹，肉質鮮甜，肉厚，係開心之選，大隻到成嗰頭咁。刺身首選：紅蝦，蝦膏超多，鮮味多肉，唔encore 就傻啦。朋友就唔飲湯，唔食沙律，話要留番位置狂食冷盤，我就必選芝士：可惜沒有blue cheese ，有點遺憾。主菜：有咖哩類，豬仔骨，點心牛肉，牛舌，天婦羅，湯粉麵類，炒飯，炒蔬菜……恆量自己肚子能進多少。我就留肚食甜品，雪糕都有10種，。蛋糕有傳統朱古力，南瓜味，仲有榴槤類，真人開心哂。要官網上預約，仲有discount 添，藉得再嚟
