To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

😃麻辣牛肉——-好想食下辣野，想搵一個好似我咁食得辣既人真係好難，最近識到一個新朋友，同我一樣都鍾意食辣，特別係麻辣，今日既麻辣牛肉，特別叫廚房加多點辣，好有辣味，食得好滋味，牛肉量又多，好似會上癮咁！😃乾鍋田雞———其實來到呢度食辣野又點得叫田雞，我地今餐既所有都係散叫，因為可以試到唔同既野又唔洗限死個一樣，呢度田雞滿滿，田雞肉好滑，愈食愈惹味！！😃涼拌皮蛋——-皮蛋既辣度都可以，都係叫廚房加多少少辣，佢既四川秘製辣度真超好食，加埋皮蛋係襯到絕，加上佢既皮蛋好意外地咁大碟，認真好食！！😃麻辣夫妻肺片————再食多碟辣野，再食埋呢碟肺片，真係辣得好過癮，麻同辣都一樣好出色，呢一碟肺片做得好好食！！
