朋友瘋狂推介我哋食Bakehouse嘅蛋撻,終於搵到機會去灣仔一試喇😋 事先已經睇過話中午時間會有蛋撻出爐,就會超多人排隊,所以我哋決定預早少少去等位😂但當日11點半去到拎堂食嘅飛,職員已經話要等1.5小時先可以入座,可以留低電話等sms通知,咁我哋大失預算,諗住即時喺附近搵其他想食嘅餐廳,點知只係半個鐘就收到sms話有位😅所以我哋又立即行返去,因為遲過10分鐘就要重新等😣因為堂食會派電子飛,所以堂食無乜人龍,但係外賣嘅人龍係一直都咁多人😂•📸3-Course Set Lunch $1483-Course Set Lunch係包括前菜(湯/沙律)、主食同埋甜品,另外仲可以加配菜同飲品。因為我哋要留肚食蛋撻同埋牛角包,所以只係叫咗一份set lunch share~🥢 Chef’s Daily Soup是日例湯係蕃茄湯,質地比較竭身,而且番茄味好濃,味道稍酸,但飲得出原汁原味😋🥢 Roasted Mushroom toast每片多士上面都有流心水波蛋、蘑菇同波菜。雜菌食落帶煙燻香,蘑菇味好濃🤩而多士嘅芝麻味好香,口感偏煙韌,而非焗到脆卜卜,整體配搭不錯~🥢 Mille-Feuille呢款

呢款其實即係法式千層酥/拿破崙酥。千層酥上面加咗啲糖漬檸檬皮,旁邊亦伴有藍莓醬,擺盤好有心思~千層酥咬落超級酥脆,吉士醬夾心的檸檬味好香,食到中間仲有少許鹹味,整體好清新,唔會膩🤤但千層酥份量好細,所以2-course +$40 變3-course都幾貴😬

真係食過最好食嘅牛角包!一咬落去充滿牛油香,又帶點淡淡麵粉香🤤 切開見到牛角包入面嘅蜂巢氣孔幾平均,做到表面好酥脆,但入面鬆軟嘅口感😍

招牌蛋撻係用咗酸種酥皮做蛋撻皮,切開睇到好多層,而且每層都好薄,咬落脆卜卜,同樣好有牛油香😋而焦糖燶邊,加埋香滑嘅蛋餡,好似食緊焦糖燉蛋咁🤤成個配搭真係好正,終於明白點解咁出名喇😆 我哋一人食完一個之後忍唔住買多半打蛋撻外賣畀屋企人試吓!

🥢 Raspberry Jam Doughnut $38
因為佢哋嘅pastry真係太多款喇,所以決定要試多款無咁出名嘅~果醬酸甜開胃,好好味亦唔會好甜,如果有一樽果醬賣,我哋應該會買返屋企😆 冬甩口感比較實,但表面乾身不太油,仲加咗砂糖,整體配搭都唔錯。
