To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城嘅茶餐廳其實都好多選擇,但都係好鍾意專登行去紅雞冰室食因為同一般茶記唔同嘅係,佢嘅食物係有賣相有水準,亦都算幾多選擇,可惜我實在太專一常客最愛都係食常餐呢度食物上枱速度都好快,坐低5分鐘就已經有嘢飲, 10分鐘內一定有嘢食鮮茄通粉其實已經冇得輸,見到有鮮茄蓉,加上應該落咗唔少茄膏,好濃味,平時唔食牛肉我多數配香煎雞扒,一樣咁正通常雞蛋食一半,就會到晒落去個湯度,變做鮮茄蛋牛通粉,仲好味啲添簡直冇得輸,食極都唔厭
