巴希雅海灣重慶燒烤,我黎過都好多次,保守估計都做左10年以上🤔,越做越大範圍,質素依然保持到。今日我又黎BBQ 啦。呢度肉類同蔬菜一樣好多選擇,唔怕淨係食肉覺得唔徤康。另外仲有咖喱魚蛋同燒賣,最啱太肚餓既我打打底。我都試左好多肉類,牛肉串、雞肉串、牛肋骨、雞翼、雞軟骨、羊架等。啲肉已經腌得夠唒入味,唔加調味都掂,加埋孜然粉/辣粉就更惹味。食完肉後食番蔬菜徤康下先,燒韭菜、冬菇、青椒、南瓜、脆肉瓜、娃娃菜,真係好多選擇。每枱都會有一份菠蘿、香蕉、金菇、蝦、青口。金菇、蝦、青口我用錫紙兜裝黎煮,落埋提供埋既牛油、芝士、蒜蓉,好香好正。我再落啲菜落去煮,簡直索哂啲精華。我最愛既燒菠蘿,微微燒熱就可以,好鬼甜,大滿足。
