生日月繼續有蛋糕食🎂前幾日喺網上面見到有一間用心嘅小店,專注主理精緻嘅甜點🧁第一眼就被佢哋一款名為堅果之后嘅撻吸引住,佢外表係一個繡球花外型,滿佈夏威夷果仁嘅撻。在坊間真係好少見咁特別嘅原粒果仁蛋糕,所以就上網訂咗試一試😋收到之後發現原來佢真係一個非一般嘅果仁撻,除咗外觀精緻✨值得一讚係佢嘅口感超級豐富及有層次,淨係忌廉都分別用上三種口味🤩🤩👩‍🍳頂層用左夏威夷果仁忌廉製作成繡花球形狀,口感細緻幼滑。👨‍🍳中層裏面內餡用咗焦糖夏威夷果仁碎再配上喜馬拉雅山岩鹽焦糖忌廉及原味蛋糕片,甜而不膩,初嘗一口咸咸味道慢慢再帶出焦糖香味😍及食出細緻的焦糖粒。👩‍🍳底層配以夏威夷果仁粒粒吉士忌廉,帶出濃滑的奶香,再配埋佢哋嘅招牌金黃酥脆撻殼。🧑‍🍳外層包圍着大量原粒夏威夷果仁。每食一口就帶出極緻不同口感層次,超讚👍👍👍小店還有製作唔同口味嘅散水餅,蝴蝶酥供客人選購,下次一定會試埋佢其他款式嘅蛋糕🍰
