To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

擺花街林林總總、各式各樣的餐廳林立，今晚嘗試開設在繁華街道上的特色西餐廳，聞說西廚是來自法國藍帶，特意來品嚐美食！餐湯點了熱騰騰的雞湯，味道濃郁，配以每天廚師晨早六點即製既新鮮麵包，油醋都可以慳返！好味！不得不提既沙律，賣相吸引，而且非常清新，新鮮爽脆的沙律菜、味濃芝士粒、juicy到不行的新鮮蕃茄仔，好像幫味蕾漱漱口，來迎接下一道非常期待既主菜。主菜點了Sea bass，侍應把食物端上枱時已十分驚喜，賣相精緻吸引，口水直流，可見廚師是非常花心機去烹調每一道菜色。魚肉卷著中間有橄欖、蕃茄，配以廚師調製既醬汁，簡直絕配，醬汁原來是用魚乾及蕃茄製成，味道上佳，配埋伴菜來吃，話都無咁快就連碟清空，一流水準。最後飲埋杯青瓜lemonade ，又是特別既選擇，清清地，這間紅館值得推薦，正！
