今日食左間米芝蓮⭐️拉麵店,食完後即刻明晒點解拎到一星米芝蓮咁叻豬。因為佢個湯底同拉麵真心好好味😍.🍴貝汁鹽味拉麵 $128一般既拉麵店通常係豚骨/醬油味湯底咁,但佢有個貝汁湯底,係由蜆湯、豚骨清湯、魚清湯炮製而成,拉麵有兩款肉,包括:三層肉同低溫叉燒,偏薄身但十分入味,有幾種沙律菜切成既香草,加上香濃既白松露油同牛肝菌醬,最後加上少量京蔥,完全將個湯底昇華到另一層次。拉麵係幼身拉麵,有咬勁得黎帶點軟身,真係💯。.🍴豚骨辛拉麵 $115比起貝汁鹽味拉麵,雖然比較單調同簡單,但係佢既辛拉麵個種「辛」味,係從來未食過日本菜有咁辣既味道,辣得黎唔會成口油,湯底清清地但又帶點辣味,真係好特別,鍾意食辣既朋友唔好錯過。.🍴小食叫拉麵必加小食,我地食左個好得意既「鳥皮烏賊揚 $70」係燒香既雞皮包著手打墨魚膠,表皮脆脆地但咬落又爆晒汁咁。「唐揚博多華味鳥 $88」炸雞都唔錯,大大件又好多肉汁。.飲品仲有我係日本成日飲既支裝梳打,分別係巨峰提子梳打同白桃梳打 ,$38支價錢都算合理,日本都賣緊200幾yen一支,真係好好飲。
