今晚又去返呢間位於荔枝角地鐵站長沙灣廣場嘅日本居酒屋"Mata Japnese Cuisine"’。除左鐘意佢食物夠創新之外,店員服務都好窩心,好有耐性為我哋介紹菜色又閒話家常一番,非常友善。cocktail 好具創意用左紅、橙、黃、綠、青、藍、紫..表達。上次試左‘’青‘’,今次叫橙(一盒)有gin、marashino、iced tea、orange juice 飲落似Earl Grey刺身沙律$138油金魚好肥美,仲有蘿蔔絲、蕃茄仔、生菜絲及啤梨。有啤梨好清甜伴埋和風沙律醬食開胃醒神叉燒和牛串燒$98叉燒醬入晒味與和牛融為一體好好味。醬油漬糖心蛋鴨湯拉麵$88鴨胸肉好多塊厚切又夠林,麵夠彈牙湯底濃甜茄子大阪燒$78一般出面大阪燒都係用粉漿,但呢度只係用蛋和茄子,所以蛋香味濃烈。食埋甜品蕨餅(抹茶+黃豆粉)$68大滿足
