To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前食過附近嘅譚仔覺得麻麻地，今次食宵夜就黎呢間試下好唔好食啦我地食左兩餸小窩米線 ($39) 同口水雞 ($40)小窩米線附有芽菜、酸菜、韮菜、芫莤，我地叫左麻辣(小小辣)另外仲有肉碎個湯底又麻又辣幾好味，連埋啲配菜已經好好味餸就叫左墨丸同炸醬，墨丸有3粒，都幾有墨魚味; 炸醬嘅份量都幾多，個味醃得幾好味，撈埋個米線食個味多左個層次口水雞個汁較得幾好，夠晒惹味不過就辣左少少，要係咁飲野解辣啲雞就唔算滑，不過份量都幾多整體黎計覺得呢間好味過譚仔好多，下次食米線都會黎呢間
