之前食過一次,一直念念不忘。 終於又搵到人陪我去咁遠既西環食啦。 今次encore 既有松露磨菇湯, 碳燒帶子同手捲粉。 松露磨菇湯我覺得上次松露味香d,今次可能輕手咗,但都ok 嘅。 碳燒帶子有進步呀, 上次有少少苦味, 今次保留到碳燒風味又完全無燶味無苦,仲好鮮甜好食。 手捲粉一樣咁好味,我自己比較中意菌類食物, 呢個粉d菇大大塊帶住陣陣松露香, 好快就分曬呢碟粉。 前菜就試咗個藜麥蝦沙律, 睇相就見到好多藜麥,店家一啲都唔孤寒, 配埋蝦,番茄仔,生菜,非常清新。 而且藜麥係非常健康既食物,叫咗佢可以減輕下食其他嘢既罪惡感。之後有海鮮拼盤, 好大盤,有青口,蠔,大蝦,蜆。 全部都好鮮味十足,質素好好,人多的話都建議叫呢個,真係好正。 今次牛方面叫咗牛仔骨, 條骨雖然無斧頭扒咁震撼, 但上台一啲都唔輸蝕, 而且已經切好擺得靚靚咁,叉起就食得,最咁我呢d懶鬼。 睇顏色就已經知廚師廚藝好得啦, 食落都好有牛味, 肉質又唔會硬, 好掂。 有女人食飯點會無甜品, 最後都叫咗心太軟雪糕同brownie。 我好中意個brownie配雪糕🍦, 熱🍫淋落鐵板到,煙霧彌漫, 超有feel, 女神🍦要
