To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週末一定會去的茶樓,每次去都要拿號等位,等位的香港本地人居多,還有很多上了年紀的老人家,可見他家的茶點是很受本地人歡迎的。非常喜歡它們家的鮑魚燒賣,鮑魚入味,燒賣不肥不膩,一口咬下很滿足。蝦餃、鳳爪、腸粉、乳鴿都中規中矩,不會踩雷。酒樓的環境也寬敞,分兩層。三樓茶位費比二樓貴,但是等位時間比較短。如果想盡快吃到茶點可以選擇等三樓的位置。唯一缺點就是電梯比較老舊,每次只能進四個人喔,如果趕時間的話建議走樓梯。樓梯間的佈置也很雅致,連地磚都在閃閃發光。
